Biography |
Anna Viader studied architecture at the Escola Tècnica Superior dʹArquitectura de Barcelona and at the Technische Universität Berlin. In 2004 she founded her own office for architecture, urbanism and landscape architecture.
Her professional activity has progressed in parallel to teaching and researching at several universities as Technische Universität Dresden, Leibniz Universität Hannover, Barcelona Institute of Architecture – BIArch, School of Architecture Bremen and Technische Universität Braunschweig. Her work has won numerous prizes in international landscape architecture competitions. She has given a variety of lectures and has diverse publications. She was the co-curator of the exhibition “Return of Landscape” at the Academie der Künste Berlin, 2010.
Anna Viader held a fellowship at the Deutsche Akademie Villa Massimo in Rome in 2013. Since Mai 2016 she is Professor for Landscape Architecture at the Technische Universität Dresden.
